Objectives

  • Mine the client’s history, customer, and influencer relationships to clarify market position, messaging and leadership influence.
  • Launch SaaS-based verification solutions into market; create messaging and content to influence current customers to move to SaaS solution vs. individual product lines.

Execution

  • Partnered with CEO and executives company-wide to develop three-year global marketing communications program and messaging to enhance business strategy and technology in support of key business initiatives.
  • Worked with executive team to reframe company and product messaging and Go To Market story.
  • Executed company-wide communications KPI-driven marketing, communications and PR strategy and campaigns.
  • Built and executed global executive speaker and event program.
  • Wrote a quarterly customer-focused newsletter.
  • Placed two-to-three contributed articles per quarter, secured one-to-four interviews per month.
  • Won high-profile coverage and awards including Red Herring, Ernst and Young, and Gartner.

Results

Built and executed strategic three-year global integrated marketing communications and PR program resulting in the acquisition of the company by market leader Cadence Design Systems.
